This homepage documents the actions of the Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) . The IVAW works to create “a world free of unjust war,” made clear by its mission statement: “We work to build a service-member and veteran led movement that ends militarism by transforming ourselves, military culture, and American society.

K9’s for Warriors is a non-profit organization that matches War Veterans diagnosed with PTSD with a dog rescued from kill shelters. Their website includes powerful testimony from veterans about their experience and new companions.
Make the Connection offers veterans suffering from PTSD resources that may help them cope with the condition. This site also including testimonial accounts dealing with treatment and the difficulties of living with PTSD.
