Make the Connection is a VA sponsored organization that “helps veterans realize they are not alone” in facing challenges when they return home from service. This youtube channel and interconnected website provides testimonials about this struggle, many of which suffer from PTSD, and experts that can provide assistance to veterans.
“Military Robots and the Future of War” is primarily a TED talk discussing the development of robots in warfare, but includes a secondary theme on the human experience of war as it relates to evolving military technology.

Real Warriors is a Defense Department affiliated site hoping to convince soldiers to seek help with PTSD and other health issues. The site recognizes, up front, those dealing with PTSD from an activity duty as well as Veterans standpoint.
This TED talk features sociologist Sam Richards, who suggests that the foundation of his profession must rest with empathy, no matter the subject. In this particular lecture, Richards explains how Americans might employ the power of empathy to understand a group most don’t want to know or understand - Iraqi insurgents.
“Skype Therapy” is a news article from the Los Angeles Times discusses a revolutionary new therapy by which veterans can communicate with a counselor via Skype technology. This treatment is perhaps connected to the struggle veterans have in overcoming the discomfort of seeking medical assistance for PTSD.
